As second generation orthodontist, Doctor Naffah has dedicated more than twenty years to providing orthodontic care to patients of all ages, both in private practice and in postgraduate educational settings. In addition, she is trained in the interdisciplinary management of patients with Craniofacial Anomalies.

The Initial Consultation
After a panoramic x-ray and dentofacial exam, Dr Naffah will obtain a preliminary diagnosis and once the patient's concerns are discussed she will confirm whether orthodontic treatment is indicated, as well as the appropriate time to start. Different treatment options and all costs related will be presented and to address financial constraints, payment plans can be arranged. Most insurances with orthodontic benefits are accepted and can be verified to confirm amount of coverage.
The First Visit
Many of the dental and jaw problems addressed during the teen years can be avoided or lessened if a child has an orthodontic evaluation during their childhood, leading to more conservative approaches. The American Association of Orthodontics recommends a first check-up at age 7, when changes of the child’s dentition start to take place.
